Received in standard mailer so try to catch earlier if it's being delivered on a hot day, I used a microwave safe GLASS bowl and heated the chocolate up in minute incriminates on the normal heat setting ( not defrost like the package states) and after about 20 minutes and a good stir it was pretty liquidity and easy to dip the fruit into, the chocolate stayed melted long enough to do half the berry's then was very easy to remelt in the microwave following same steps as priorTaste was amazing, will be a repurchase for sure
