My favorite licorice while living in the Netherlands was Albert Heijns store brand packs for under a euro. Stronger fancy brand licorice has usually very strong inner filling which I dislike.I wanted more chewy licorice with only a hint of inner flavor and got exactly that. Think of their taste as edible toothpaste that dried up a little and gotten a nice crust on the outside.Honestly, it's probably a pretty bad licorice but given my very specific craving it was exactly what I wanted - leaving review for any weirdos like me.I don't suggest it for people who actually want "good" licorice with strong flavor.If not for price I would order more often.
