I don't understand the negative reviews; I guess they didn't know what to expect or didn't have clear memories of the Turkish Taffy that I remember from 70 years ago. I did not have any problem removing the candy from the wrapper; yes it's a little sticky, but that is part of the charm. Put it in the freezer if you are troubled by this. It has the texture, flavor, and taste I so dearly remember. Love it!
