I don't really know if I know what blue raspberry really takes like, but they do have a nice fruity flavor that could be called raspberry. They are super sweet, but the kids loved them. They came nicely packaged, and were in perfect shape - not melted or misshaped. I used these in a cooking project for a summer camp. They worked perfectly for what I needed. I would purchase them again.
