My recipe calls for Marzipan, so I bought Odense Marcipan and did not pay attention to that it said candy dough.My bake product (kransekage) was an absolute failure. I should have used Odense Almond paste. The difference in the 2 products is the amount of almonds (24% or 60%). You need a high amount of almonds in kransekage.
