It looks awesome in the picture and in reality from far away, but up close kinda tye-dye with spots of color. The scent is very discreet but sort of smells like a cardboard box. For comfort, it's great for sleeping. They really do make great gifts as I have given them away on birthdays and they seem to be the hit as the girls will carry them around the whole time.My request to the company is to please not stop making these that are double sided. I am not interested in any of the new ones with that micro fleece in the back.Update: the party girl could not stop telling me thank you and carried around for the rest of the party! She really seemed to enjoy the scent and made the guests smell it. Everyone thought it smells yummy.I would have given a better rating, but I received the pillow with a rip in it. 30+ dollars is a lot to pay for a ripped pillow, but I don't feel like waiting for another pillow to be sent after I return this one back, I'm also scared that yhe next pillow may not smell as good as this one. I love the sent and the feel of the pillow otherwise. I wish I could get a discount on the next one I buy since this one was flawed.ETA: It has almost been 2 years since I had this pillow, I have to say besides the initial rip, the rip hasn’t gotten any bigger, and only a small seam has given way, with easy repair. I have slept on this pillow, used it to give my lumbar region support, took my frustrations out on it, and squished it around. The fabric has gotten a little soggy, but it’s still firm enough to use. Big selling point for me is the fact that the print hasn’t faded and it still smells like cookies! Worth every penny ? Updated Photos to show condition after 2 years of everyday use. As you can see not much has happened to the pillow. Will buy more.I bought the scented cookie pillow for my daughter a few years ago. She loved it and my son was jealous! I saw the popcorn pillow and decided to make this one of his Christmas presents. The scent is milder than that of the cookie, but does, indeed, smell like buttered popcorn. I gave it 4 stars as there is a small hole at the bottom of the pillow. No filling escaped as it is protected by an interior liner, but think that for a new pillow, it shouldn't have any holes!Regardless, the 11 year old is very happy with it!This pillow is adorable. It looks just like the picture. When it first came out of the bag it smelled like cookies and something plastic-like. I'm assuming because it was wrapped in a plastic bag;) After it was out of the box and bag for a couple hours though, all I smell is cookie. This was a gift for my 6 year old son because he liked a micro-bead cupcake pillow I have and wanted something similar to use on the couch when we watch movies. It's been almost two weeks since we received it and it still smells great!This bubblegum pillow is adorable! It's made of the soft and squishy type material, perfect to fall asleep upon and helps the neck. The pillow is also a decent size and is two different colors: hot pink on one side, lime green on the other. It has that "just right" feeling when you lay your head on it so that you can fall asleep to the pleasant fragrance of it. It is a scent that is not overpowering at all, but it is still strong enough to enjoy. I have had this pillow for over seven months and I can still smell the bubblegum.It was a little smaller than I expected but that was probably based on me not actually looking at the size dimensions before ordering. Super cute and smells wonderful.WOW! I love this! My mom got this for me and it looks exactly like the picture and smells just like gumballs!
