Boot shopping started in early fall and at a local store. These boots caught my attention from the get-go, but they only had brown. I wanted the black. I bought the brown ones after trying them on, and then I came here to Amazon, thinking they may offer the Rock & Candy brand. Of course, they did, and I ordered the black boots, hoping they'd fit the same as the brown ones I bought at the store. When I got them, I wasn't let down. The black color is dark with no hint of lighter shading or scuffs. The material is almost suede-like. They didn't hurt my feet when I wore them all day to work. They weren't heavy or bulky. I bought the size I usually wear, and even with a pair of thick socks, the boots weren't tight. And they were easy to slip on and off. When it comes to compliments, I got two the first time I wore them.These boots are just wonderful. For me, they were a smart buy, and I am extremely happy. I highly recommend.Cute boots. There's no cushioning and each shoe fits inconsistently. They pick up every spect of dust possible! I do not recommend these.Had no structure at all. When I put these on, they had no stiffness and just seemed to slouch off of my ankles. It was weird and no cute at all.
