first - the good news: these brachs canes have the best peppermint taste I've ever tasted in a candy cane.....a perfect combination of sweet and peppermint. also, they have a nice consistency: not to grainy or chalky like some cheap canes can be.the only reason I took a star off was due to packaging....the plastic film on each cane is a pain to get off and there were several of the 12 broken in 3 or 4 pieces.however, i can live with the negatives when the canes taste as good as these....i'll be ordering more!EDIT - I ORDERED THIS PRODUCT AGAIN AND RECEIVED CHEAP QUALITY CANES - NOT THE ONES THAT WERE SHOWN IN PICTURE. THEY WERE BROKEN AND DID NOT HAVE THE GOOD PEPPERMINT TASTE!!!! THE PACKAGE SAYS "SANTAS CHOICE" - IF YOU RECEIVE THESE CALL AMAZON AND ASK FOR A REFUND!! I DID - THE PACKAGE SHOWN IN THE PICTURE ARE THE GOOD CANES....I DIDN'T WANT ANYONE TO BE DECEIVED.
