Yeah get this! Be careful boiling it though, wear some heavy gloves! This was exactly what I used to make candy apples 40 years ago! The taste is sweet maybe a little cherry flavor, but not strong. This product has been exposed to water and I can't return it per policy. Not only am I stuck with a damaged product I can't make the candy apples for my daughter's graduation ?.Took me back to the good times?Easy to make and delicious just like the ones that are sold at a carnivalThe kit is easy to use and gives great candy apples. You can even make an extra candy apple with the product. It's just a little pricey for the kits.
