This is the first bouncy blush I've ever owned, and I have pros and cons to the product.Pros:-The blush is so wonderful. The color I got was Pink Frosting, which I found perfect for my extremely paper-white skin complexion.- It is easy to blend this blush out to get just the right wash of color- A little goes a long way, so the small size will most likely last a while.Cons:- Specifically for packaging, my package arrived with the small bouncy blush inside of a box that was too big for it, and with no protection for it (no bubblewrap or anything protecting it from being dropped).- The blush really is bouncy. When my finger dips in, it leaves an indentation, and it feels like if I push too hard (more than a gentle tap), it'll slop off.- The blush appears almost too pigmented on cheeks if not blended out properly with a damp beauty sponge. Sometimes tapping the product on my cheeks will leave my cheeks redder than they are meant to be.- The blush is much smaller than I thought it would be. It's less than the size of my palm, and I have small hands.Other than the cons, this really is a pretty nice blush if used properly. I like the light wash of color it gives my cheeks, and it doesn't need to be reapplied a lot throughout the day.Have used this blush for years. Easy to apply and make it as light or colorful as you want.Give just enough color and easy to apply and blend with fingers or brush. For longevity, set with a transparent loose powder and a setting spray and it won't budge. Hard to find something that is flattering on very pale or light complexions. This one does the trick.I was looking for a non powder blush that blends easily and this product did not disappoint! My order arrived on time and in perfect "new" condition. I have had really good success with my makeup purchases on Amazon and this was no exception. I ordered the Plum Wine color and the consistency is a cross between a powder and a mousse like cream ( which I like). I first applied it using a clean makeup sponge and it look pretty good but heavy. With my next application I decide to use a makeup stippling brush to apply the blush and then blended lightly with my fingertips this has since become my preferred method of application as it offers a more natural subtle look which is what I was trying to achieve, also using a brush will make this last a lot longer! After wearing for over 16hrs There was no need to reapply as the blush never faded! As a women with darker skin tone (I am Black) it is always a challenge for me to find a Blush in colors that are flattering to my skin tone and not heavily scented and look natural this Blush dose exactly what I wanted and looks great which makes me feel Beautiful! I highly recommend giving this blush by Maybelline a try. This product is so natural looking and easy to apply that I have been using it for probably ten years at least. I don't leave my home without looking nice so I use this product every day. The only problem is the darn case; it falls apart within a few weeks. It doesn't make any difference if you carry it in a cosmetic bag or just leave it sitting on the dresser. I have never had one of these cases not fall off the hinges. Never! I keep the case closed as best as I can to keep the product from drying out. I hope this gets through to the Mfg.I found this blush through a makeup blogger whom I really love. I'm fair skinned with dark brown hair, and I wanted to find a fresh pink blush that was not too blue hued for my skin- this color is great ( don't judge by the package, it looks too neon and scary). I apply it with either a MAC foundation brush and basically swipe across the pad a couple of times to load the brush with color, then stiple it on the apples of my cheek, or I apply with with my middle finger, and basically rub it in. The color lasts all work day, it's a very luminous pink. Now, the pad does get a little gunky looking, especially if you use your brush, and if you apply it with your fingers you will have to use a makeup wipe to get rid of the excess or wash your hands. I was specifically looking for a blush with a dewey-er finish, that did not cost $30 like the urban decay cheek tint. Side by side, the UD cheek tint has more pigment that this product, but savings make it worth it. I would have given it 5 stars, but I wish the product were larger, to make applying with a brush easier. My wife used this blush all the time. The problem is that most blush in the store is powder, which she does not like, and this is creme. Hope the company does not stop making creme. This blush is amazing for the price you pay. I have very pale skin and purchases the peach satin. I'll admit that after I read some of the bad reviews, I was a little skeptical, but this product does what it says it does. For anyone having difficulty applying the blush, I have found that it is best to rub your fingers over it in a circular motion and then pat it onto your face - almost like little dashes. It will look a little silly at first, but when it's blended out, it's amazingly natural and light. This blush is also buildable, so you can add more without worrying about looking like a clown. It is perfect over my BB cream, and it makes my face look fresh and dewy. The reason I've given this four stars is simply because it doesn't last that long for me, and I have to reapply after about 4 hours. And that's with a moisturizer and primer underneath and setting it with powder.Review by Sarah. Strange-textured blusher, rather like plasticine, so it's not easy to get the colour on your finger, and if you press harder you risk pushing the whole product out of its pan. It's quite a pretty pink, but the eventual look on my cheeks was rather faint. Basically, too much like hard work!Very good colour for most skin tones. Nice texture. Good priceFavourite colour easy to use.it does the job and I like the colourGood product. Nice pink colour.
